Alexander & Co - Alexander House, Australia

Alexander House, created by Alexander & Co, challenges preconceived notions of what a home should be and showcases their commitment to total circular economics and environmental innovation. I am honoured to have my ceramic sculptures be part of such an bespoke and incredible project that truly embodies the spirit of place.

The house serves as a state-of-the-art design laboratory and co-working hub that feels like a true home. It is inspiring to see the use of reclaimed materials, the integration of photovoltaic systems, the 22000-litre tanks for rainwater harvesting, Subpod worm farms, and carbon-neutral masonry bricks.

I am grateful to be included in a project that values collaboration with design teams, craftspeople, and members of the community. It's exciting to see how Alexander House continues to push the boundaries of future-forecasted design, which has been recognized through multiple accolades, including a prestigious Architizer A+ Award, an InDesignLive INDE.Award, and the House & Garden Top 50 Kitchen and Room of the Year.

Seeing my sculptures in this incredible space is a true honor and inspires me to continue to push my own artistic boundaries to create pieces that fit seamlessly within such a unique and innovative environment. Alexander House truly is a one-of-a-kind project that showcases the potential for a sustainable and environmentally-conscious future in architecture and design.
