Tom Mark & Henry - St John Paddington, Australia

The careful consideration of every detail, from the structural changes to the expert lighting design, truly captures the essence of this heritage church conversion by Tom Mark Henry. The deep petrol blue hues used throughout the space complement the sandstone walls and soaring ceiling, creating a cohesive and sophisticated atmosphere reminiscent of a New York loft. It is clear that every element of this design was chosen with intention and purpose, resulting in a space that is both functional and visually stunning.

To see my ceramic work, including the zero-zoo urns, showcased alongside classic natural stone and richly textured fabrics is truly an honour. I am also grateful to Curatorial&Co. art gallery for their support in bringing my vessels to a wider audience.

The St John Paddington conversion is a true testament to the power of collaboration and creativity, and it is a joy to see my work in such a beautiful setting.
