Michiru Higginbotham - Clovelly Residence

Once a 1880s Federation home, Clovelly Residence was transformed into a sleek, stylish sanctuary by Michiru Higginbotham. The team preserved the essence of the heritage dwelling whilst weaving in contemporary elements – a seamless integration of past and present that results in an inviting and refined abode. The curated use of walnut, two of my ceramic sculptures, bronze, and various precious stones throughout the house plays a significant role in establishing a peaceful ambiance. The design thoughtfully nurtures a living environment that caters for communal family activities and crafting secluded areas for to the varying needs of social interaction and personal downtime.
